Build an AI likeness campaign authorization brief

Turn a rough campaign request into a reviewable authorization brief, then identify which records still need resolution. Nothing entered here leaves your browser.

Planning tool, not legal advice. This worksheet does not verify a person, grant rights or create a licence. It structures the facts that a buyer, talent representative and counsel need to review.

Inspect the evidence chain

Choose only what the current evidence supports. “Present” means you have a record to inspect, not that SocialGravity has independently verified it.

Identity verificationAn identity-check result and any representative-authority evidence are available for review.
Reviewed consentThe person reviewed the proposed participation and agreed before capture or use.
Signed licenceThe buyer, intended use, identity elements, channels, territory and term are in the signed scope.
Secured paymentA secured-payment record is available for inspection. Do not infer this from a signed fee rate.
Generation or production recordThe route, asset version, and any route-specific controls or attestations are recorded.
Output receipt or recordThe file hash is bound to the applicable authorization and asset record. Whether execution was observed depends on the route.
Expiry and revocationFuture generation and existing-output treatment are explicit when permission ends.

What happens next

Use the generated handoff package to align the buyer, person or representative, production team and adviser before production. Resolve every missing record and put every material term in the signed licence. A tool can organize the questions, but only the parties and their evidence can establish permission.

Common questions

Does this tool create an AI likeness licence?

No. It creates a campaign authorization brief on your device. A licence requires the actual parties, reviewed scope and signatures.

Does SocialGravity receive what I enter?

Not while you build, copy, download or print. If you choose the enquiry handoff, high-level campaign fields are copied into the contact form in this browser for your review. Script text, excluded uses and evidence selections remain on this device. Nothing is sent until you submit the enquiry.

What does present mean in the evidence chain?

It means the user selected that a record is available for review. It is not a verification result, legal conclusion or SocialGravity approval.

Why is there no readiness score?

Permission is not a grade. One unresolved material control can stop a campaign even when several other records are present. The tool therefore reports each control separately.

What should an agency hand to its client?

At minimum, provide the agreed campaign scope, approval record, signed licence, identity and representative authority evidence, payment status, asset and generation record, receipt or verifier result, and the agreed expiry or revocation treatment. The generated brief keeps those items together without claiming they have been verified.
