Historical agreements keep their signed financial terms. They do not establish a default percentage for new infrastructure quotes. The campaign price is not a generic rate card because the permission, production route and risk change with the person and use being agreed.
A permission-clearance check is billable when the supported service evaluates the described use and returns a successful CLEAR or PERMIT result. A denied result, a pending or unresolved check, and an exact duplicate retry of the same check are not billable under the current provisional model. The final rate, collection timing and any refund terms remain part of the commercial quote rather than an unchangeable public promise.
The agreement defines the required commercial conditions and the protected operation at which they must be satisfied. Supported routes check that state before the operation proceeds. A public quote does not silently replace existing signed terms.
Name the buyer, the person or type of person sought, the campaign and intended use, channels, territory, languages, dates and the identity elements required. A high-level brief is enough to begin. Do not send confidential scripts or source material through the public form.
